  International club hockey collaboration
The greatest thing about sport development and sport for development is essentially that it is about helping other people.
Everything we do in development we do in partnership with clubs, state and national association. It is focused on hockey development, including education, participation and infrastructure or hockey for development – things like gender equality, social inclusion, youth and education.
VERAN A/L VISVANATHAN and Pavethren Krishnan both currently in Limburg, Germany for 3 month.

TOP DERBY WITH GUARANTEED EMOTION
Limburger HC: Schott Mainz! Anyone who has followed the games of the two hockey neighbors over the last few years now knows actually what to expect.
Because these games always thrived on emotions, on drama, on the commitment of both teams everything from the tension.
And they are also in the top game of the 2nd Regionalliga South on April 27, 24, 4 p.m., Albert Collée facility Limburg the omens are once again favorable for a hockey spectacle. The guests are currently in second place with 13 points the league, followed directly behind by the LHC with 12 points.
However, Schott is the slightly favored team in this encounter. There are personnel changes during the winter break strengthened and has a broader squad. A look at the table shows that. Having only conceded 5 goals Mainz currently has the best defense in the league. And the motivation is traditionally particularly high against Limburg. Limburg, on the other hand, has to do without numerous regular players, as some players are currently either playing less, are injured or sick or are in the middle of graduating from high school.
For the Limburger HC it will be all the more important to show team unity and use home advantage.
How to twist and turn it: A hot derby awaits hopefully numerous spectators!
And then snow too...
Anyone who enters Limburg’s Albert Collée complex can hardly get past them. Most of the time you will. They greeted you with a cheerful “Ei Gude wie” or said goodbye with a warm “Goodbye”. With reason at the beginning of April, two Malaysian hockey players, Visvanathan (26) and Pavethren Krishnan (18), made their way to the LHC found.
This was made possible by the former national coach Paul Lissek, who still has very good contacts with the Malaysian Hockey Association entertained the two talents as part of a sporting exchang Limburg was able to mediate.
The two will strengthen the 1st men’s team in the field round of the 2nd Regionalliga South until the end of June. Also support They are the youth trainer team and pass on their skills to the LHC offspring. 1. Gentlemen keep their nerve in the snowstorm
The first men of the Limburger HC were in almost winter conditions last Sunday an important away win against TSG Kaiserslautern in the 2nd Regionalliga South. At the end sat down the clearly favored LHC beat the uncomfortable Palatinate team 2-1 and thus moved closer again Leaders Eintracht Frankfurt approach, who suffer their first defeat of the season with 3:6 in Dürkheim had to.
It was the expected piece of hard work for coach Stefan Döppes’ team. Kaiserslautern only tried to get involved in the game in the early stages. After one Limburg’s foul in the 3rd minute gave the hosts a 0-1 lead from 7 meters. But only three minutes later, Dominic Böckling was able to equalize the score at 1-1 with a penalty corner. From this point It became a game of patience for the people of Lahnstadt. Because the TSG was all in on its own quarter and tried to narrow the space for Limburg’s attack efforts. Nevertheless, the LHC came up with other opportunities, some of which were good, but these were not used. So Jelle Mourik failed with a shot at the goalkeeper, captain Max Müller hit the outside post twice. The hosts didn’t have a single chance until half-time. Limburg was too dominant defense that day.
When sleet showers rolled over the hockey pitch at times in the second half, things got real unpleasant. Nevertheless, the LHC kept an overview and created further possibilities. This is how Maxi failed flick only narrowly shot, and the TSG keeper, who was now warm, thwarted two more penalty corners. The cathedral townspeople pushed, but they were slowly running out of time. Redemption followed in the 48th. Minute, when David Schneider in his typical cunning manner after a pass from Böckling took a well-deserved 2-1 lead. Since Kaiserslautern couldn’t add anything else, it stayed at deserved away win.
Playing: Jonas, Niklas Müller, Moritz Müller, Koch, Böckling (1), Max Müller, Nebgen, David Schneider (1), Jakob Schneider, Hecker, Flick, Jeuck, Jelle Mourik, Finn Mourik, Visvanathan, Krishnan

The two of them probably haven’t experienced hockey in driving snow, like at the last game in Kaiserslautern
have. This is clearly too cold for both of them.
The 1st men are happy to have them on the team.
A big thank you goes to the Laschet, Hahn and Mollandin families, who supported the two of them
have taken in the time of their stay and diligently taught them Hessian.
Selamat Datang, Vi and Pavi
